Joint Accountabilities
You and your team would be responsible for internal scheduling, reasonable access to key personnel, on-site administrative support (if needed), and reasonable access to past and current documentation that would aid the project. We would sign all required nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, and would provide all administrative support off-site.
We agree to immediately appraise each other of any intelligence or findings that would impact the success of the project so that rapid action could be considered. Your access to your coach is unlimited during the period for the fee listed above. You will provide your coach with direct contact information to you to expedite our communications.
Trust is the essential element of any engagement with Colman & Company. We regard all of our discussions as strictly confidential, covered by non-disclosure agreements, and not to be repeated without your explicit permission.
You will keep us apprised of the effectiveness of our support with respect to this engagement and suggest ways to improve our partnership at any time.
