The Bank Leaders Academy is exclusively designed for motivated senior banking professionals looking to further their successful career as a leader in banking.
BLA places the importance on developing all the fundamental characteristics that you find in those who continually rise to the top. Each facet of this four
month program has been designed to help you gain immediate AND lasting results:
* Two (2) in person full day meetings with an emphasis on “Change Leadership”
(Each participant will be responsible for leading one change effort necessary for improving bank operations)
* Two (2) group training /coaching calls teleconference or Skype
* Specific duplicatable Business Development strategies for your Bank
* 5 hours of one-on-one coaching with our expert coaching team, all supervised by Executive Coach Kendall Colman, President & CEO of Colman & Company.
