Are you Honoring Your Commitments in Queue?

This week we got a dog and although tonight my daughter is excited at the prospect of going to puppy training, she is already committed to her volleyball tournament. “Please mom, I don’t wannnna to go the game,” I’d rather….

How many of us are the same way?  You sign up for one project or commitment with great zeal, and then some shiny trinket goes by– the next thing or project you want to do.

It takes a lot of internal restraint to hold true to our word and follow through with what we say we are going to do.

It doesn’t make it easier that the shiny options are all good ones.

Today, even though I didn’t want to — I blogged anyway. Becuase I said I would. It feels good to honor my word.  For more inspiration on keeping your word read The Four Agreements by Ruiz. Thank you, Mark Musselman for that. (http://mx5consulting.com)

Life is short, get coached.

Love, Kendall
