Making the Impossible Happen
A Leadership Program for Executive Women
Women in the C-suite everywhere are forging ahead in an environment they believe is more volatile and unpredictable. Across a number of areas, more CEOs are worried about threats to business growth in 2015 than they were three years ago.
Executive Women’s Leadership Forum is designed exclusively for high-achieving female executives who want to have more impact and influence on the success and capability of their organizations. Women executives are leading in extraordinary times, as the world’s CEOs are looking to the US for business growth in 2015- 2016.
Executive Women’s Leadership Forum is a six-month formal program combined with a one-on-one executive coaching relationship. The areas of concentration will be covered in five half-day Friday Sessions (one every month), for a total of five Sessions. Participants will take part in a 90-minute one-on-one leadership coaching session prior to the course starting, and one upon completion.
Participants will experience the following benefits:
“Women’s leadership is the clearing in which the future happens.”
