The Leadership Investment’s annual event, in which I’m proud to be a part of, is quickly approaching on Oct. 14., and I want to encourage you to attend to further your understanding and commitment to gender-balanced leadership. Topics at the event, themed the Art of Balanced Leadership, were selected to instigate organizations and individuals to action to improve gender parity across Colorado’s boards and leadership structures. I’m proud to be joined by ABC News veteran and Emmy Award-winning correspondent Deborah Roberts, Colorado Lt. Governor Donna Lynne and many others who will each lend their advice and expertise about how to create a more diverse and gender-balanced workforce.
