Finding the "S" in ESG Masterclass

When organizations think about ESG, they often focus on the “E” in ESG. Even the SEC regulations are primarily focused on environmental and climate related risk. It’s time that we consider more carefully and with greater intention the focus on the Social aspects of ESG, as people are what make up any organization or ecosystem.

What does this mean?

This means increasing our focus on human capital overall, how we engage and develop them, and ultimately, build an inclusive environment. It also means how we engage in and with the communities where we live and work.

Our focus today will be on laying the groundwork for inclusion.
